1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ericemanuelsweatsuit.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products from Eric Emanuel Sweatsuit (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site and 18 or older to place an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Orders, Availability & Drops

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may require additional verification before accepting any order.
• Inventory for limited releases and “drops” is extremely limited. Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is confirmed at checkout.
• We may set purchase limits per customer/household and cancel suspected reseller or bulk orders.
• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order; shipment confirmation indicates acceptance.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice prior to order acceptance.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where applicable.
• We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.
• In the event of a pricing or availability error, we may cancel any affected orders and issue a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
• Orders $150+ may qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure addresses are accurate; we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.
• High‑value shipments may require a signature. We do not ship to freight forwarders where prohibited.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible items may be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Final sale items, limited releases, and worn/washed goods are not eligible for return unless required by law.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable except for approved warranty claims or our error.

7. Cancellations & Changes

• We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
• We may cancel orders for reasons including: suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inability to verify payment, or item unavailability.

8. Product Information

• We strive for accuracy, but colors, materials, and details may vary due to manufacturing processes and display settings.
• Measurements are approximate. Refer to size guides where available.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any products.

9. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers are time‑limited and may include exclusions. One promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
• Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. We do not offer price adjustments unless explicitly stated.
• Gift cards (if offered) are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where permitted, you and we waive the right to participate in class actions or class‑wide arbitration.
